About Dr. Kaplan

Dr. Barry J. Kaplan is a leading breast augmentation doctor with extensive surgical training, education and 25 years of medical practice experience. As a licensed physician and surgeon, he has performed over 7,500 surgeries, and is known as a pioneer in the Cosmetic Surgery discipline. In 2001, he developed an advanced method to give patients a safer, less invasive, and more affordable breast augmentation procedure, which earned him an invitation to present the advanced technique to the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery in 2003. The method, which he has since engineered to take less time than ever before, has been featured on local, syndicated, and national news shows ever since.

As a graduate of Penn State University in 1972, and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1976, he then went on to serve as a medical officer in the United States Navy, and after honorably serving his military duty, Dr. Kaplan completed a two year residency program in emergency medicine at St. Vincent's Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. During his internship and residency general and plastic surgery training. Practicing in the field of cosmetic surgery since 1991, Dr. Kaplan has received surgical training from nationally known and respected surgeons.

In 1988, he founded the Vein Clinic of Central Florida, the first clinic to specialize in vein therapy in the Central Florida area. Additionally, he continues to train in various laser and skin care procedures and pursuing some of the most advanced equipment and techniques available. In 1995, he received advanced training in laser surgery and became the first in Central Florida to offer SilkTouch carbon dioxide facial rejuvenation, followed by eyelid surgery and then, was one of the first in the country to combine Botox with laser surgery. Due to patient demand, Dr. Kaplan became a student of one of the country's most respected liposculpture surgeons, and in 1998 began offering the newest and safest form of liposculpture available today.

Dr. Kaplan resides in the Winter Park, FL area with his wife and three children.

About Dr. Yee

Dr. Kin Yee D.O. is a board certified surgeon and has been practicing with Dr.Kaplan for over 2 years. He is a skilled cosmetic surgeon and has performed many successful procedures under nationally recognized surgeons. Dr. Yee is a member of the AOA (American Osteopathic Association) and the American College of Osteopathic Specialists. He has been performing plastic and cosmetic procedures for over 7 years. He is a graduate of Michigan State University.
